1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ThinkAI ApS ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of CloudThinking, our AI-powered content automation platform and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CloudThinking is an AI-powered platform that enables users to create, automate, and manage content workflows using artificial intelligence technologies, including but not limited to Google Veo 3 and other AI models. Our Service includes:

• Cross-platform publishing capabilities
• Real-time collaboration tools
• Analytics and performance tracking
• Integration with third-party platforms

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Subscription Plans

Access to certain features of the Service requires payment of subscription fees. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.

6.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees owed. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
